Where We Ship
Posturo ships worldwide. No matter where you are, we're happy to deliver your order.
Shipping Rates
- Orders over €50: Free standard shipping.
- Orders under €50: A flat shipping rate of €2.99 applies.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 4–8 business days after your order has shipped, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs processing or postal delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of shipping, please contact us at support@posturo.co and we will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to correct it before shipping.
