All prices displayed on our Site are in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice. Prices are confirmed at the time of purchase. We make every effort to display our products accurately, but slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings.
2. Orders & Acceptance
By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

Payment is processed securely through our payment providers, Mollie and Shopify Payments. We accept major credit and debit cards, Bancontact, iDEAL, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, depending on your region. Your order will be processed once payment is successfully received.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Shipping rates, processing times, and delivery estimates are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Posturo is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other factors beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
Our return and refund process is described in detail in our Refund & Return Policy. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee and honor the EU 14-day right of withdrawal.

Posturo products are wellness accessories designed to support better posture. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Posturo is not liable for any injury, discomfort, or health issues resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
